Art & Apples Festival

  • Rochester Municipal Park 400 6th Street Rochester, MI, 48307 United States (map)

Join us at the Art & Apples Festival®, where creativity blooms and community thrives! Since 1965, this beloved festival has adorned the 30-acre Rochester Municipal Park with vibrant colors and captivating artistry, making it one of the nation's premier fine art fairs. Hosted by the Paint Creek Center for the Arts, a cherished nonprofit art center nestled in downtown Rochester, Michigan, the festival serves as a vital fundraiser for the organization.

Step into a world where imagination knows no bounds, as over 200 fine art exhibitors, including the talented artist Leon F Ruiz, showcase their original works alongside a delectable array of food trucks and tents. The air buzzes with excitement as stage entertainment and art demonstrations mesmerize audiences, while art activity stations beckon both young and old to unleash their creativity.

At the heart of the festival lies a commitment to celebrating and supporting the arts in our community. From the eclectic Main Stage performances to the delectable treats and culinary delights scattered throughout the park, there's something to delight every sense at the Art & Apples Festival®. Dive into the vibrant atmosphere of the Kids Art Zone and Creation Station, where young artists can explore their talents through free art-making activities, live demonstrations, and delightful amenities like bounce houses and face painting.

Getting here is a breeze with a free shuttle bus service from Rochester High School, ensuring convenient access to all the festivities. While admission to the festival is free, we kindly suggest a $5 donation to support the Paint Creek Center for the Arts and other participating nonprofits.

Please note that pets are not permitted in the park during special events like the Art & Apples Festival, as per City of Rochester regulations. For the safety and enjoyment of all festival-goers, Rochester Police will be on-site to enforce this ordinance.
