Custom
Paintings

Each home is as unique as the family that lives inside of them. Why not decorate your home with a painting that is just as special? We are happy to offer custom paintings that can be inspired by a photograph, print or postcard. Just send us a print of the special place that makes your heart sing and we will turn it into a lovely one-of-a-kind painting.

Don’t worry about the size, we offer both standard and non-standard sizes. We will even match the colors of your home to the painting. This way you don’t have to spend time searching for a painting that will match your home.

Murals

Mural painting is inherently different from all other forms of pictorial art in that it is organically connected with the building it was painted on. The use of color, design, and visual theme can radically change the mood you and your guests feel when walking into a room with a mural on it. We are proud to offer hand-painted mural art to enhance your living space. Our murals create depth and add the illusion of space while providing a fantastic backdrop to your home. Sound
Recordings

The artist offers the opportunity to create a painting with the sound vibrations of a recording that you provide. See the Pulse series as an example of the type of work created with sound vibrations. This option is available upon request.

Art Leasing

commercial & residential – Leasing artwork can be the perfect solution to the décor decisions you make in your space. Whether you’re a corporate commuter, student, stager, or serving in the military, art leasing is an ideal solution. We offer lease term lengths ranging from several months to several years and everything in between. The studio will create a custom lease contract option that can work with your needs for both commercial and residential spaces.

At any time during the lease process, you have the option of purchasing a piece. This option is available upon request. Contact the studio for more details.

COPYRIGHT

The art collectors who own any of my paintings or prints may resell them in the future, but the collector's rights are limited by copyright. The artist retains all copyrights. The artwork may not be reproduced, copied, or made into prints without consent from the artist, Rosa Chavez, my business partner Leon F. Ruiz, or representing gallery, Emerald Art Gallery.

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

When you purchase an original painting or a fine art archival print you will receive a certificate of authenticity with your purchase. These are emailed to allow you to print as many as you need and it allows us to work paperless. The certificate of authenticity will be in a PDF format, it includes a biography and a receipt.

These documents are very useful for home insurance purposes. Or if you ever decide to sell your painting or fine art archival print you can show the value of the work with these sorts of documents. In case you have lost this PDF or never received one please email me and I’ll be sure to send that documentation your way.

Policy

We understand that purchasing artwork is no easy task and a commitment you may live with for many years. Emerald Art Gallery LLC, representing Rosa Chavez and Leon F. Ruiz, is committed to ensuring 100% satisfaction. Once you’ve purchased an original art or fine art print, we'll give you seven (7) days to decide whether you’d like to keep it or return it for a refund or exchange of equal value. Returns and/or exchanges are not valid for custom-made paintings, custom prints, or giclée after final approval is given.

Art collectors are responsible for all shipping and packaging costs when returning the artwork., and it must be in the same condition it was received in to be eligible for a 100% refund or exchange. After the first exchange, the sale becomes final; no other exchanges or refunds are available.
