Your payment is fully refundable. If you're not satisfied with the artwork upon receiving the approval image via email, please inform us, and we will promptly refund your payment. Conversely, if you're pleased with the painting, kindly notify us, and we will proceed with shipping it to you.
Custom Order Details & Guidelines
These are all original paintings that are hand-painted. The finished piece will be similar but not an exact copy. Proportions may need to be adjusted if your reference painting or photograph has a different shape or orientation than the custom order. The chosen composition is a visual reference that the artist will use to work on your custom order.

Shipping, Pick Up, & Delivery
